B.Tech Handloom and Textile Technology is a 4-year undergraduate program that combines the traditional art of handloom weaving with modern textile technology. The course aims to produce skilled professionals who can preserve and promote India’s rich handloom heritage while also adapting to the latest technological advancements in the textile industry. The program is designed in a way to provide comprehensive knowledge of handloom and textile sector along with the apparel, technical textiles and management aspects. Our graduates upon completion of the program would find their roles as designers, production managers, quality control managers in handloom, textile, fashion and apparel industries. They also find opportunities in government organisations, Research and Development, Entrepreneurs in handloom sector.

Post Diploma in Textile Processing is a specialized program that focuses on the technical aspects of textile processing, including pre-treatment, dyeing, printing, and finishing. The Program aims to Impart advanced knowledge and skills in textile processing technology, develop an understanding of the latest techniques and equipment used in textile processing and to Equip students with the skills to design, develop, and implement efficient textile processing systems. The Program provides opportunities in textile industries as process and quality control engineers, Research and Development, Textile consultant and also in Government organisations as trainers and technicians.

Diploma in Handloom and Textile Technology is a 3-year program that focuses on the technical aspects of handloom weaving, textile production, and design. The program aims to impart technical knowledge and skills in handloom weaving, processing and design. It develops understanding of the textile industry, processes and products. The students will be equipped with skills to design, produce and market handloom and textile products. This program provides career opportunities in handloom and textile industries, Government organisations and entrepreneurs by setting up design studio and handloom products, designers and production managers in fashion and apparel industry.
